Nauset House Inn Policies

  • The Nauset House Inn is a Non-Smoking Inn

  • A two (2) night minimum stay is required on Weekends and In Season

  • A three (3) night minimum stay is required on Holiday Weekends

  • Deposit Requirements: a reservation of 1 up to 3 nights requires the full amount of your stay. Reservations of more than 3 nights require 1/2 of the total stay, tax included.

  • Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 pm until 7 pm (Please no early check-ins, we need the time to clean the Inn properly) If you are going to be later than 7 pm please call ahead to make arrangements.

  •  Cancellations must be made two weeks before your scheduled stay for a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. For cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, you are responsible for the FULL reservation unless we can re-rent your complete stay.

    • We are a small Inn with only 14 rooms. When you make a reservation we are holding that specific room for you and refusing others. Therefore last-minute cancellations greatly impact our business. For this reason, we suggest that you purchase Trip Insurance for life’s events. Here are two suggestions if you are interested:
      - Allianz Travel Insurance
      - InsureMyTrip

  • Children 12 years of age and older are welcome.

    • Nauset House Inn is an 1810 farmhouse built with horsehair plastered walls. Therefore we do not have special soundproofing. We are not childproof for small children and our rooms are double occupancy only

  • We are not set up to accommodate Pets.

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
